Interval International has added Mount Cinnamon Resort Hotel and Beach Club

Focusing on US and Caribbean timeshares as well as select hotels, Bluegreen Getaways currently includes vacation packages to Arizona; Wisconsin; Williamsburg and Gordonsville, Virginia; Las Vegas, Nevada; Branson, Missouri; Charleston and Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; Orlando and St. Augustine, Florida; the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee; and the Boyne Resorts in Northern Michigan. Outside the US, resorts include Aruba, with new destinations planned.

Club Seychelles Now a Preferred Residences resort

Club Seychelles is now a Preferred Residences resort. Preferred Residences is a hospitality branded membership and exchange program for luxury shared ownership resorts. Located on the island of Anguilla and currently under construction, the property will feature fractional and whole-ownership residences situated on Meads Bay Beach. The Mediterranean-style project will be built in three phases, with the first slated for completion in early 2013. When finished, it will include one, two, and four-bedroom residences ranging in size from 870 to 4,900 square feet. Each will feature elegant interiors with vaulted ceilings, crown moldings, travertine floors, designer furnishings and lighting, and high-end electronics and entertainment systems. Gourmet kitchens have been designed with granite and marble countertops, Italian cabinetry, and top-of-the-line Miele and Wolf appliances. Bathrooms will have marble vanities with double sinks, Kohler tubs and fixtures, designer wall sconces, and in-mirror television.

Inspirato Announces Addition of Tortola in the British Virgin Islands

Inspirato has announced the addition of Tortola in the British Virgin Islands to its rapidly expanding vacation portfolio. Oyster Bay Resort has been named to Travel + Leisure magazine’s “top five” in the 500 Best Hotel for Value Awards survey. Officials at this St. Maarten resort attribute the award to its $19 million in renovations, pristine location, and staff dedication to guest care. As policy, all guests receive a welcome drink, towels for poolside and the beach, beach chairs and umbrellas, snorkeling equipment, and early morning aqua zumba lessons. Activities include games, dance classes, and even a movie night under the stars. Registry Collection Welcomes New Resort in St. Philip, Barbados

Lifestyle Holidays has opened its sixth resort. The Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club recently opened another upscale property along the north coast of the Dominican Republic in Puerto Plata. The new Royal Suites is located at the center of Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Resort and follows the Tropical, the Crown Suites, the Crown Villas, the Residence Suites and the Presidential Suites. The Royal Suites is made up of six low-rise buildings inspired by Mediterranean architectural style fused with modern features, accented by a wide swimming pool. Each structure houses deluxe and standard single and double bedroom suites that have king-size beds in the master bedrooms, separate dining and living areas, pull-out queen-size futon beds, flatscreen TV sets, cedar closets, and fully-equipped kitchens.
