THEY FURTHER STATE YOUR LISTING PRICE, THAT THEY ARE A FINANCE COMPANY, AND THAT THE BUYER HAS ALREADY DEPOSITED 20% OF THE PURCHASE PRICE. THEY REQUIRE THE PAYMENT OF A FEE FOR CLOSING AND FINANCE CHARGES.

The Sol Melia Vacation Club at Gran Melia Palacio de Isora has won RCI’s Developer Innovation Award. The Developer Innovation Award recognizes a resort with new vacation ownership projects that are eco-friendly, have unique features, are family friendly, provide a high level of service, starting with the point of arrival.

RCI has welcomed ABC Boat Management to its worldwide network of affiliated resorts. This unique addition to RCI members offers canal boat holidays on the beautiful waterways of England. As part of this relationship, the Anderton Marina and Hilperton Marinas are now a part of the RCI exchange program.

Anderton Marina is situated in the heart of northwest England and offers cruising on local rivers and canals. Anderton Marina also offers easy access and available moorings close to the historic city of Chester. Italian Villaggio Cala La Luna is situated on the small island of Favignana just off the west coast of Sicily, Italy.

The development, which was completed in May 2008 is comprised of 70 units, with a mix of studios, one and two- bedroom units out of which 58 are allocated as timeshares.

The resort features an outdoor pool, restaurant and live entertainment. It is also within walking distance of the harbor where fresh lobster and octopus can be bought every morning.

The island offers a wide range of leisure activities including diving, deep-sea fishing, shopping, nightlife and good food. Sailing is also a major attraction and Favignana hosted the America’s Cup in 2008.
