Peninsula Bay Resort is a new resort on Bali. It is also one of the newest Interval International properties and is situated on the Indonesian island of Bali. It is the latest vacation ownership property developed by British entrepreneurs, Roger and Alan Thomas, and is located on the waterfront of Nusa Dua overlooking the golden sand beaches of Benoa Bay. Upon completion, the purpose-built project will feature 65 one and two-bedroom units, all with sea-facing views. The resort is being built using contemporary Balinese architecture and is set within lush tropical gardens to create an eco- friendly atmosphere. The new property is just a five-minute drive from Peninsula Beach Resort, with shuttle service between the two, so that owners are free to enjoy the amenities at both properties. Other planned amenities include an on-site spa, swimming pool, gym, two restaurants, and three bars.

The Bay Gardens Beach Resort And Spa is the newest member of the Interval International exchange network of resorts on St. Lucia. The island paradise is well known for its spectacular beaches, unspoiled tropical rainforests, and majestic mountains. The Bay Gardens Beach Resort features one and two-bedroom suites complete with a full kitchen and living and dining areas. Its design juxtaposes the charm of neoclassical Caribbean architecture with timbered balconies and verandas. The Grand Miramar Club and Spa has now been added to the list of Interval International properties. The luxury resort is located in the Sierra Madre Mountains in Conchas Chinas, a neighborhood often known as the Beverly Hills of Puerto Vallarta. “Every detail of this property, from the quality furnishings in each unit to its state-of-the-art wellness center reflects the high standards of its developer, Group Disyga” said Marcos Agostini, vice president for Latin America, resort sales and service, of Interval International. The Grand Miramar features 38 suites with between two and four bedrooms each. They are decorated in a contemporary Mexican style and have large balconies, beautiful views, granite countertops in the kitchens and bathrooms, marble flooring throughout and deluxe high thread-count linens. There’s also wireless internet, a business center, a concierge, a state-of-the-art spa and gym, three spectacular swimming pools, and an outdoor jacuzzi.

Interval International, a prominent worldwide provider of vacation services and an operating segment of Interval Leisure Group, has added Bali Palms Resort to its exchange network. Just steps from the sand in the East Bali town of Candi Dasa, the fractional vacation residences include studios and one and two-bedroom apartments available in three, six or ninth month increments. Interval International has presented the Villa Group in Mexico with the Chairman’s Club Award. During a recent ceremony in Nuevo Vallarta, Interval International, presented The Villa Group’s executives with the prestigious Chairman’s Club Award. The annual award recognizes the top 25 membership-producing companies worldwide, based on new memberships received by Interval during the previous calendar year. Founded in 1984, The Villa Group is one of Mexico’s leading privately owned real estate development companies. Tau Resorts are now members of Interval International. The Tau Nahui and Tau Santa Maria in Nayarit are the two new Tau Resorts that establish the foundation for a collection of beachfront and boutique eco-resorts. Gold Key Resorts and Interval International have renewed their long-term relationship. It was recently announced that Ocean Beach Club LLC, doing business as Gold Key Resorts, has renewed its affiliation encompassing four resorts in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The multi-year agreement extends the relationship established in 1990 when the company founder and chief executive officer, expanded Gold Key’s hospitality business into timesharing and selected Interval as its exchange program. All Gold Key resorts are located in Virginia Beach and include the Beach Quarters Resort, Villas at the Boardwalk, Turtle Cay Resort, and its newest, the Ocean Beach Club–a high-rise located in the north end of the family-friendly beach community, known for its classic boardwalk.

The Pacifico Diamante Private Residence Club under construction in Acapulco is now part of the Interval International Global Resort Network. The property will feature 200 three and four-bedroom fractional units being built in five phases during the next several years. The Emirates Vacation Club has recently announced it affiliation with Interval International. The resort is a planned private residence club located in the heart of Dubai, one of the seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The Emirates Vacation Club’s first phase consists of 32 luxury units located within the 48-story Emirates Grand Hotel. Already a landmark on the skyline of a city renowned for its innovative architecture, the hotel’s Suites Tower has a rotating glass entrance and intricate, hand-crafted wooden wall panels in its soaring lobby. The studio, one- and two-bedroom units feature fully equipped kitchen and dining areas, along with modern conveniences such as high-speed Internet connection, LCD TV, DVD player, and IDD telephone. Most have breathtaking views from their floor- to-ceiling windows.
