Gold Key Resorts and Interval International have renewed their long-term relationship. It was recently announced that Ocean Beach Club LLC, doing business as Gold Key Resorts, has renewed its affiliation encompassing four resorts in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The multi-year agreement extends the relationship established in 1990 when the company founder and chief executive officer, expanded Gold Key’s hospitality business into timesharing and selected Interval as its exchange program. All Gold Key resorts are located in Virginia Beach and include the Beach Quarters Resort, Villas at the Boardwalk, Turtle Cay Resort, and its newest, the Ocean Beach Club–a high-rise located in the north end of the family-friendly beach community, known for its classic boardwalk.

Pacifico Diamante Private Residence Club Now Part Of The Interval International

The Pacifico Diamante Private Residence Club under construction in Acapulco is now part of the Interval International Global Resort Network. The property will feature 200 three and four-bedroom fractional units being built in five phases during the next several years. Emirates Vacation Club Announces Affiliation With Interval International

The Emirates Vacation Club has recently announced it affiliation with Interval International. The resort is a planned private residence club located in the heart of Dubai, one of the seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Mjejane Game Reserve Joins Interval International

Mjejane Game Reserve in South Africa joins Interval International global exchange network. The property is a 10,000-acre reserve within the world famous Kruger National Park and overlooking the Crocodile River. Upon completion later this year, the resort will offer unparalleled “big five” game and bird viewing. It will feature a combination of two, three, and four-bed apartments and is adjacent to the exclusive Mjejane Safari Lodge. New Interval International Affiliate Property

Thailand’s Stoney Monday Oasis Golf Resort, a new resort recently opened on the island of Phuket, is now affiliated with Interval International. The resort was developed by the Stoney Monday Company, an Australian based leisure and property company. It is located on Phuket situated between Phuket City Center and the beach resort of Patong. There are 61 units with 44 units allocated to the timeshare program. Units range in size from studios to two-bedroom apartments. Amenities include a swimming pool, outdoor Jacuzzi, health club and spa, tennis courts, and restaurants. Plus the resort is located within the perimeters of the Phuket Country Club, which includes a world-renowned championship golf course.

Royal Club Now Interval International Affiliate Property

Interval International’s Cabo Sirena Del Mar Opens

The Welk Resorts Cabo Sirena Del Mar is now open and is one of the newest members of Interval International. Overlooking the Sea of Cortez near Cabo San Lucas on the Baja California peninsula, this property is the first international location in the Welk Resorts portfolio. It is the Welk Resorts sixth property and is set on a 65-foot bluff on the tip of the peninsula.

The resort property is being built in tiers to maximize its panoramic views of the Sea of Cortez and El Arco, the landmark stone arch. There are two pools on the seven-acre property and cascading decks have wet wall water features, a vanishing edge waterfall and spa, thatched palapas, and a fire pit. At the rim of the seaside cliff is a spiral staircase leads to a cove beach. Sixteen of the 20 two-bedroom villas in phase one of Welk Resorts Cabo Sirena del Mar are lock-off units, and the remaining four units are two-bedroom penthouses.

The build out is scheduled to progress in five phases for a total of 222 units with a range of configurations, including one-bedroom junior suites. All units will include luxury amenities such as whirlpool tubs, stainless appliances, multiple flat screen TVs, complimentary Internet access, and pillow-top king-sized beds. Phase one owners and guests will be able to enjoy a range of on-site amenities including two outdoor pools (one with a swim-up bar), a fitness center, game room, an owner’s lounge and shop selling beverages and sundries. Grand Lodges Oregon Joins Interval International Exchange Network

Grand Lodges in Oregon has now been added to the Interval International exchange network of resorts. Tucked into Oregon’s Cascade Mountain range and a few miles from Mt.
