All four Fiesta Americana Villas resorts in Mexico have been newly affiliated with RCI. Located in Acapulco, Aguascalientes, Cancun, and Cozumel, all the properties feature top of the line amenities, a kid’s club and a “Fiesta Rewards” program along with locations that are close to attractions and historic sites.
Ixchel Residences is now affiliated with RCI, a global leader in vacation exchange. The Ixchel Residences, located on Isla Mujeres, an island that is a world away from busy Cancun with a peaceful and laid-back lifestyle, is a popular beach destination just a 20-minute ferry ride from either Puerto Juarez or Cancun. The resort features 14 exclusive luxury villas and 117 deluxe rooms and offers several on-site amenities including a gym, heated pool, an area with lounge chairs on the beach and high-speed wireless Internet.
The Pacifico Diamante Private Residence Club will be an Interval International property. Located in Acapulco, the property will feature 200 three and four-bedroom fractional units being built in five phases during the next several years. They have been designed with a sophisticated contemporary décor and feature spacious dining and living rooms, marble floors, fully equipped gourmet kitchens with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, state-of-the-art electronics, Wi Fi Internet access, and private outdoor terraces. The complex’s modern buildings are set in manicured gardens around a central courtyard with a swimming pool and children’s splash pool. Plans call for a private beach club, restaurant, tennis courts, paddle tennis, gym, sauna, spa, and concierge service to be available upon completion of the first phase.
Club Tesoro Resorts has entered into a long-term, multi-site affiliation agreement with Interval International. The new agreement encompasses Club Tesoro in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, as well as all future acquired properties. The Club Tesaro Resort resort is owned by Steadfast Properties and features room service, an on site retail shopping plaza, valet service, concierge services, a spa and salon, and amenities above and beyond the usual.
The Grand Luxxe Residence Club Riviera Maya is now an Interval International exchange network member. Located on Mexico’s Riviera Maya, this high end resort consists of two-bedroom villas that feature between 2,300 and 3,000 square feet with spacious living and dining areas, a gourmet kitchen, dual master suites, a terrace or patio, private plunge pool, 50-inch flat screen television with cable/satellite stations, bathrooms with marble vanity, oversized hot tub, and a free-form swimming pool with infinity edges.
Ixchel Residences is now a member of the RCI timeshare exchange company. RCI has expanded its network in Mexico through its affiliation with Ixchel Residences, a well-appointed development at north Isla Mujeres, a popular beach destination just outside Cancun.

Located in Morelos, Mexico, this affiliation represents a significant milestone in that RCI members will have the opportunity to visit the first ecological paradise in the area of Cuernavaca.
